The Observer - 20 Hotels for Walking - January 2010
Beech House is situated opposite The Olive Branch in the pretty village of Clipsham, just one mile from the A1 at the end of a tree lined lane in Britains smallest county of Rutland.
Luxury and comfort in each individually decorated room, they all have beautiful beds, hand stitched and sprung mattresses, Egyptian linen sheets and duck down duvets. Bathrooms have deep double ended baths and power showers.
A wonderful night’s sleep is followed by breakfast in the barn at The Olive Branch with a Full English, Sean has sourced all the ingredients for this from Northfield Farm in Cold Overton, bacon, sausages, black pudding and more....
The wonderfully helpful Rachael Young will arrange everything you need. We hope you will find plenty of helpful information on the following pages.
